By sending this form I confirm that:
- I will not publish commercial offers, accommodation at bed & breakfast or hotels / hostels and offers of real estate agencies.
- I will not publish offers for houseshare requiring sexual services.
- I will not publish consecutive offers of the same content, I will not publish the same offer more often than 3 times per week (7 days).
- I will not publish offers for whole apartment rentals other than studios or 1kk (0 bedroom) for maximum rental of 10000 Kc / 400 Euro per month.
- I agree that in case of breaking these rules I will be added to the Black list (list of blocked users).
- All the information I stated is true, and I fully take responsibility for the consequences resulting from false and incomplete information.
- Agency SPOLUBYDLICI, Europair, s.r.o. (mediator) is not responsible to the interested party for damage having aroused from stating incomplete or incorrect data in form Registration Spolubydlici. Neither does the mediator accept responsibility for damage a person caused to the interested party that the mediator provided contact for the interested party. The mediator is neither responsible for property damage of the interested party, nor for damage to health or damage due to insufficient insurance by the interested party.
- Agency SPOLUBYDLICI, Europair, s.r.o. reserves the right not to publish or delete any offer without giving reason.
